Welcome to Grandmother On Purpose. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using grandmotheronpurpose.com, our free printables, and anything you buy from us. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
Grandmother On Purpose (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a website for grandmothers who want to stay close to their grandkids. You can reach us anytime at hello@grandmotheronpurpose.com.
This site is meant for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and children should not sign up for our emails or make purchases.
Our content belongs to us
Everything on this site, including articles, printables, kits, graphics, illustrations, and the Grandmother On Purpose name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You’re welcome to share a link to any page. Please don’t copy, republish, or repost our content or images without written permission.
How you can use our printables and downloads
When you download a free printable or buy a digital product from us, you get a personal-use license. That means:
You may
- Print as many copies as you need for your own family.
- Fill them in, mail them, and give the printed pieces to your grandchildren and family members.
- Print them at home or at a local print or office store.
You may not
- Share, forward, or upload the digital files for others to download.
- Sell, resell, or give away the files or printed copies as part of a business.
- Use them in a classroom, church group, club, or other organization without asking us first.
- Edit them and claim them as your own work.
If a friend would like a copy, please send them to our site so they can get their own. We’d love to meet them.
Email sign-ups
When you sign up for a free printable or our emails, we’ll send you the freebie plus occasional emails with ideas, new posts, and products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Purchases
Our products are digital downloads unless the listing clearly says otherwise. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. Your download link is delivered right after checkout and by email.
Please read our Refund and Returns Policy before you buy. It explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order.
Ideas and encouragement, not professional advice
Everything on this site is shared for general information and inspiration. It is not legal, medical, psychological, counseling, or parenting advice. Every family is different, and you know yours best. For questions about family conflict, custody, or grandparents’ legal rights, please talk with a qualified professional.
Activities with kids
Many of our ideas and kits involve crafts, games, mail, and sometimes food. Please use common sense and adult supervision. Check for small pieces with young children, watch for food allergies when baking or sharing treats, and follow the parents’ rules for their kids. You are responsible for deciding which activities are safe and right for your grandchildren.
Links and recommendations
We sometimes link to other websites or recommend products we think you’ll like. Some of those links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we believe are useful, but we don’t control other websites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or policies.
Comments and messages
If you leave a comment or send us a message, please keep it kind. We may edit or remove comments that are rude, off-topic, promotional, or unsafe. By posting a comment, you give us permission to display it on the site.
The site is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfect for every situation. We provide the site and our products “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grandmother On Purpose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using the site, our content, or our products. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved, or $50 if you didn’t buy anything.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas.
