Description
Grandma’s Brag Book, Upgraded
Somebody asks about the grandkids. Instead of scrolling through 400 photos, you swipe to a card for each one: their photo, age, position, five stats, a star rating, and Grandma’s scouting report.
These classic sports-style trading cards are sized to fit your phone screen. Fill them in on your computer with free Canva, save them to your phone, and keep them in a “Grandkids” album, ready whenever someone asks.
One Card for Every Age
- Little Ones (0–5): nickname, favorite word right now, snack of choice, can’t sleep without, signature move. Rated on Hug Strength.
- Big Kids (6–9): grade, current obsession, best joke, most-requested meal at Grandma’s, teeth lost this year. Rated on Bedtime Negotiation Skills.
- Tweens (10–13): grade, song on repeat, hidden talent, the thing they say that Grandma doesn’t get, most likely to. Rated on Eye-Roll Power.
- Teens (14–18): grade, sport or job, currently into, drink order, plans after high school, most likely to. Rated on Text-Back Speed.
Two grandkids the same age? Duplicate the card in Canva and make as many as you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay for Canva?
No. Everything works with a free Canva account.
Can I fill them in on my phone?
Canva’s phone app works, but a computer or tablet is much easier for typing and placing photos. The guide shows you how to fill them in on a computer, then save the finished cards to your phone.
I have more grandkids than cards. What do I do?
Duplicate any card in Canva, one for each grandkid. The guide shows you how.
I go by Nana, Gigi or Grandpa. Will it still work?
Yes. Every word on the card can be changed, so “Grandma’s Scouting Report” can become Nana’s, Gigi’s or Grandpa’s.
Can I use them again next year?
Yes. The guide shows you how to keep an unused copy, so you can start a fresh set each year as the grandkids grow.
